Cyclone Separators
Cyclone separators are mechanical systems designed for treating air pollutants by separating contaminated particles from the air stream. These systems operate without the use of filter media, relying instead on centrifugal force.
Dust-laden air enters the cyclone separator, which consists of two concentric cylinders. The high-speed rotational airflow forces heavier dust particles against the inner walls of the cyclone, causing them to lose momentum and fall to the bottom of the system for collection, while clean air exits from the top.
